Get your taxes done using TurboTax

Hi, I am also having trouble with this. I use mymerrill.com (not merrilledge.com) to get my documents and when I try to connect I get "There was an error importing from this financial institution. Try again in a few hours or enter your info a different way. (100)"

I tried creating a separate login account for read-only third-party access and using those credentials--didn't work. I then tried manually entering just the totals for short and long-term covered sales reported to the IRS; but when I got to my Massachusetts state return, Turbotax asks for exact transaction dates, which I don't have for the aggregate transactions.

My 1099-B from Merrill also includes a number of trades with adjusted basis due to code W, "nondeductible loss from a wash sale." I entered in the total adjustments for all trades in the prompts in Turbotax, but I've seen other sources online saying that trades with adjustment codes have to reported one-by-one with exact dates?

Also, this post from Intuit/Turbotax says that 1099s from financial institutions should be importable as of February 15, 2023? https://ttlc.intuit.com/turbotax-support/en-us/help-article/import-export-data-files/able-import-109...
