I've use Turbo Tax for over 20 years and never had this problem before. I'm a spouse, and my 1099-R shows that Gross Income is Box 1 & Box 2 is the taxable amount. TT's formula on the instructions for Forms 1099-R Summary: Line 22 states that Box1- total income is to be used. This is wrong and creates a total income on Form 1040 SR that is increased because my taxable amount was not used. How is this fixed?
