Why is TurboTax so trash? Why does it not allow people to directly select "Head of Household"? This one thing is now costing me thousands of dollars.

Why is TurboTax so trash? Why does it not allow people to directly select "Head of Household"? This one thing is now costing me thousands of dollars.
I tried to amend the filing, now it won't file the amendment.
