Get your taxes done using TurboTax
TurboTax does not have access to the tax forms that you see when you log in to your Fidelity or Discover account. When you import your tax information from a financial institution, TurboTax gets the information from a special file that the financial institution creates specifically for importing into TurboTax.
If you cannot see your tax forms you might be looking in the wrong place, or you might have more than one account and are logged in to the wrong account. (Do you have an account for a 401(k) or other employee benefits account that is separate from your personal investment account? An employee benefits account with only tax-deferred investments would not have any tax forms.) I also see that there is a warning on the Fidelity web site that you might not be able to see your tax forms if you are using a browser that they do not support.
Fidelity also has 24/7 support. The people who work on the weekend might not be the top people, but they should be able to help you find your tax forms.
