Can I roll over an IRA that's was distributed to me over 60 days ago? I heard that I can if I use a Self Certification proceedure or something like that. The Equity Trust Co disburst the IRA check to me in December 2022 and I cashed it into my Truist MM Account. A 2022 -1099R was sent to me also.
