I successfully imported my 1099 info from EJ. Steps...
To refresh: I use TT Premier download for MAC. My MAC is 12.6.4 and my browser is Safari 16.3.
I started TT Premier and it went through the update process and started up successfully. I then went to Safari Preferences, Privacy, Manage Website Data and scrolled down to Edward Jones (Cache, Cookies etc) and "removed". Then went to EJ site, had to authenticate via code in Cell text message and log in. Checked "Remember this computer" to avoid that 2 part authentication, logged out of EJ and went back to TT Premier.
Went to "Import" in TT Premier. After entering my userid and password TT Premier successfully imported all of my tax data. I just finished checking the import and all appears to be correct.
So, it was either the weekly update from TT or the refresh of the Cache, Cookies etc. I hope this helps another MAC download user out there.
