Did anyone find a resolve for this problem.? I cannot access the File or Turbotax buttons in the top ribbon. I cannot save my work.
In prior years Turbotax created and stored the access password in my Keychain. It was totally done by TT and I never asked for the password to be created nor did I have anything to do with creating the password. . I can access prior year passwords, but it appears no keychain password was created for TT 2022. Prior year passwords do no work for TT 2022. TT still keeps asking for a password that seems does not exist. I spent and hour with Apple senior support and it appears to be an Intuit/TuboTax problem. I spent several hours with various TT support staff and no-one was able to help yet. Not sure how to proceed.
