You haven't met the Substantial Presence Test for 2022 and therefore you would be considered a nonresident and file Form 1040-NR. TurboTax does not support Form 1040-NR for a non-resident. You can prepare your return through a company we partner with called Sprintax.
You will file married filing separately, if you were married on December 31, 2022 (you cannot file jointly on Form 1040-NR).
