Most likely those questions were accidentally answered when you entered your personal information into the program as you proceeded through the interview screens. In turn, that erroneous information got transferred to your state return.
To edit your Personal
Info:
- Open your tax return.
- Click on “Take me to
my return” button.
- Click on “My Info”
(left-hand column).
- Edit your information.
