For Windows software, 1065 Partnership, New York Form IT-204 and Form IT-204-LL are available and "Ready for print" and "Ready for E-file".
When you are using the "tool" posted in this Help Article to check the availability of forms, you will want to make sure you are selecting the correct TurboTax product. You will see that New York Form IT-204 and Form IT-204-LL are only available for Windows software with the return type being 1065 Partnership.
