just file a 2020 tax return (do the free version) and it will work itself out and get you both stimulus payments on that return.
the software currently isn't programmed for the 2nd stimulus payment but give it a few weeks,
in effect the 2020 tax return is to be used for 'non-filers' - there is nothing separate this go round.
