This is still broken. I was on the phone with customer support for an hour this morning, and didn't get anywhere. The entire reason I'm using TurboTax this year is because I wanted to automate this process. I don't want to enter this in manually.
I've tried all of the suggestions above, and nothing has worked. I've checked that the Document ID has the correct characters, removed spaces, and checked the casing. Everything is correct. I've tried manually typing the Document ID, and copying/pasting and removing spaces. Nothing works.
I'm not on a VPN, so that's not the issue. This is ridiculous. Why would I pay for Deluxe if I can't automatically import my 1099 from TD? Why isn't there an alternative method to import? Why can't we just upload the PDF?
Edited to add: Your "jump to form" button doesn't show ever. Customer service had me looking for multiple forms by searching for them, but the "jump to form" button just doesn't exist. Tried multiple browsers, cleared cookies/cache, etc. What's up with all of this bugginess this year? I've used TT many years in the past, and now I'm running into major bugs.
