If I owe $1, do I need to remit the payment?
No. If your tax due is $1.00 or less, you do not have to pay the tax due. However, some e-file providers may deduct $1.00 from your bank account or credit card.
Don't forget, even though you don't owe anything, you must file your PA-40.
