My return keeps getting rejected for "incorrect prior year AGI or Self Selected pin." I know 100% that I am using the right AGI. I don't remember my self selected pin. What can I do to get them to go through?
I'll go ahead and state that I did not amend my return last year or file late and I received my return in the right amount of time last year as well. I seen some post on here from last year saying something about it messing up because of those reasons. None of those apply to me. I did try to put just 0 in the AGI field just to see and it did not work either.
