just did this, and was given these instructions: guess what....4th rejection today, same error message
Here are the instructions I received from our lead department.
- Install chrome
- log out of TurboTax in Mozilla
- log into TurboTax in Chrome
- go to tax tools in the lover left hand on the side panel.
- hit tools after it appears under the "tax tools' expansion
- hit delete a form on the pop up menu.
- delete the 8915-F
- hit tax home on the left
- go to income
- then hit retirement income (1099-R)
- hit continue (he does not need a 1099-R or to edit one if he has it)
- answer the questions about his disaster distribution, hit continue all the way through answering the questions.
- once he has finished answering all the questions he is done
- file
