Get your taxes done using TurboTax
NO SUCCESS
1. I clicked on your link:How many TurboTax accounts do I have?
2.On the link page ( How can I view all my TurboTax accounts?), I clicked on: Go to our Let's get you signed in page
3. I followed the instruction listed:
A. Enter your email address, phone number, or user ID (already had my ID listed)
B. We'll send a code to either your email address or your phone. Enter the code we've sent you.
I did this and was taken to another page where it requested me to change my password. I changed my password and this lead me to another page that didn’t seem right so I discontinued to try and start all over.
4. I now had problems on getting to the link page. I rebooted my computer and refreshed my browser each time I tried to access the link but this is what was happening each time. (AT NO TIME WAS I LEAD TO MY ACCOUNTS) to show me:
“a list of your accounts. Select the one you want to sign in to”
5. Here what is happening now:
A. I clicked on your link: How many TurboTax accounts do I have?
B. On the link page I clicked on: Go to our Let's get you signed in page.
C. It didn’t work; it took me to a different page for some reason: “Welcome to TurboTax! Here’s what to expect:
The link is now treating me like a new customer and following this page is of no help. Remember each time I tried your initial link; I rebooted my computer and refreshed my browser- FireFox.
So now I’m more confused then ever. I can still access my account with all the information about me, but other wise I completely loss in getting to my tax files.
Someone told me that after I file my taxes using the TurboTax to file and the tax filing is accepted by IRS, that I will no longer be able to access my tax files until the IRS does something else (reviews it, sends a refund - I’m not getting a refund, or maybe charges my credit card for the amount due witch I set to April10.)? Could this be the problem? Doesn't make sense to me.
