I have been using Turbo Tax since the 1990's. This is probably my last year. It is a nightmare to use, file and connect with my printer. I also feel you misrepresented the cost of filing. I was supposed to have one free state filing. You charged me $25.00 plus tax to e-file for Mississippi. Total misrepresentation of your product. No longer trust your firm or advertising.
