You will enter the Schedule K-1 in the Wages and Income section, from the menu on the left

1. Scroll down to S-corps, Partnerships, and Trusts and click on Show More
2. Click on Start or Revisit for Schedule K-1 

You will select which kind of a Schedule K-1 you have received and then answer questions about the business. One of the first few screens has a list of checkboxes and includes a question if you have received an amended Schedule K-1.  The example below is from a Form 1065 Partnership, but the question is in all of the different Schedule K-1 interviews.
