Just chatted with USAA about this. USAA is still blaming Mint for not adopting their Open Banking API.
As for other third party apps, they said Tiller and Empower are not supported, but the customer service agent did recommend:

- Plaid
- Quicken
- Experian
- Quick Books Online
- Robinhood
