I received a 1099-MISC. The ONLY box that has info in it is Box 3 in the amount of $1267.50. I don't have a job so I won't get a W2. Should I even file this 1099-MISC?

I do a part time dog walking job on the side of being a housewife. The person in charge of the dog walking business mailed me a 1099-MISC. The only amount in any box is Bix 3. The amount is less than $1300. Is it even worth filing this?
