You can enter your Category Totals and indicate you did not receive a 1099-B in the Investments section. You will need to mail a copy of your stock sales documentation with Form 8949 and Form 8453 after you have filed. This can be a PDF or spreadsheet you create, since you have no 1099-B. Here's more info on Mailing Form 8949 for Summary Totals.
