Funny, Ally's support recommended I contact TurboTax because the problem is on their end. I told the representative I'd bet him TurboTax says the same about Ally.
I would hope Ally is an approved partner considering TurboTax has them listed, has me provide sign-in credentials, and shows a form available for import. Also, I was able to import the data for these accounts fine last year.
Anyway for anyone else who is having this problem, there is a bug and the companies are pointing fingers at each other.
I did end up just entering the data myself. Which honestly, was quicker than the import process for this situation even if it had worked. However, it is disappointing that touted features don't work.
So, I have moved past this problem. Now, I just want to let the companies know of the bug. Maybe the issue can be fixed for other's or for me next year.
