You showing you are in the Online version which only to file the current years taxes (2022). TurboTax does not allow the filing of a State return only. To file a 2019 return with TurboTax you need the 2019 Download software, you also cannot file just a State return with TurboTax.
You might want to check your State's website, to see if you can file back taxes for free.
