I got this error message. I called the number given and they said it's the wrong number because it's for tax professionals. She gave me another number [phone number removed] and none of the choices apply to me. I chose one and the wait time is at least 30 min. What do I do? Is that the wrong phone number? Did TurboTax screw up? I thought it was supposed to do everything right!!!! Here is my error screen:
