TTax Trouble this year

I have used TT for many years with excellent results and no trouble.

 

This year I got all the way through to paying for the state efile fee and TT has forgotten who I am.  I had to create a new account in order to pay the fee.  (and try to figure out how to 'recover your account' using TT site and a recorded phone call giving you instructions that also don't work.)

 

I addition, TT refused to allow the second (joint account) $5000 I Bond purchase with our refund.

 

Also had to try twice to get it to complete the transmission of the efile docs.

 

Looks like a hard review next year to find an alternate product.  It's really too bad.
