I am having the same issue. I bought cd it lets me enter my code to start process of loading but when I am where you activate the program it won't let me. The box where you are to enter code turns pink whenever I touch the keyboard and nothing shows up. I have tried putting code in anyway and it doesn't work. I have installed and uninstalled at least 5 times. This the first time I have used a laptop and had to download online. However, I don't think using a pc would make bit of difference. THIS IS A SOFTWARE PROBLEM; I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT TO DO. ALL I KNOW IS THIS COMPANY OWES ME A REFUND.
