I have two out of state, non-resident W-2's that have $0.00 from Box 1- Box 11, and Turbotax won't let me e-file. Is this a payroll discrepancy? Should I do the suggested throw a $1 into Box 1 and hope I'm not flagged. Keep them as is and mail? Why not just put what's in Box 16 in Box 1 (I have no idea the difference, just that all my W-2's Boxes match). Please help
