I'm trying to get my second stimulus check. Do to it was cancel. Because 1818.00 was sent to the wrong address while I was in prison. I.R.S. told me I had to file a1040 form. Which I'm trying to do online with Turbo Tax. Which should be free without no cost to me? But I keep getting no direct information to the 1040 form. I had no income in 2021.
