I used suggestions on this community and this is what worked for me:
Use Chrome to log in to Edward Jones.
Change password to 10 letters and 1 number.
Check remember this device.
Leave Edward Jones open and open Turbo Tax. Used my ID and new password.
At last, I was able to import data!!
This is the first year I've had this problem and TT needs to get something fixed!!
