You may have the Partnership elects to pay the tax at the entity level box checked at the top of the Form 700.
To uncheck the box you can follow these steps in TurboTax Business:
- Within your return, click on the Forms icon in the upper right of the screen to switch to Forms mode.
- Scroll down in the menu bar on the left and select the Form 700, p1 under Georgia Partnership.
- Scroll to the boxes in the section above line L.
- Uncheck the box for Partnership elects to pay the tax at the entity level.
