Get your taxes done using TurboTax

Hello, I have now received two messages for an invoice for Norton LifeLock by intuit.   A three-year subscription invoice with a [phone number removed] which comes up as Arlington Vermont.  Two weeks ago, I called the number and the phone quickly disconnected.  So, I called Norton LifeLock, a different number two weeks ago they referred me to Intuit.  I kept checking my account to see if a charge was debited, but I never got one for the amount on the invoice.   $349.99.
 
Today I received that same message and invoice for the second time, same number.   When I called the 802 number this morning, it rang and then rolled over to another ringing phone and a un- intelligible man answered.   I could not understand a word he said, lots of background voices and noise.  I hung up. 
 
I was reviewing the chats and messages in the "Community" on Turbo Tax this morning and saw that someone else had complained of the same issue.  I copied the response email to report. 
 
I appreciate anything you can do to stop this.   The emails started after completing my taxes on Turbo Tax, Which is my only connection to Intuit.   I attempted to email this message to [email address removed] but it was returned unknown.
