unless you entered an incorrect SSN which you can fix and resubmit, this reject code will prevent you from e-filing. the IRS only allows one return with a taxpayer or dependent SSN to be electronically filed. even in cases where there was an accidental or fraudulent submission, the second to file must mail in their return. This is an IRS rule.
