I got to the end and they want $138 dollars. I did everything I could to avoid being tricked into any type of upsell. My taxes are simple no rentals or investments etc just standard blue collar taxes, all I wanted was for last years info to be populated to this years I spent 10 minutes on the phone with someone who couldnt explain the charges now I'm 25 minutes in to waiting for a call back. There isn't a menu page where you choose your product or I would have chosen it. I have been using Turbo Tax for more than 10 years and this is it no more I will be talking as many people as I can out of using this rip off product.
