Hello, I tried to e-file my federal and MA state taxes. Federal was accepted but MA state was rejected and I got the following error: "MA_NQDistributions - Your state tax filing is on hold as we finish working on an area that may impact your tax return. Please check back at a later date." I opened my return, checked e-file and it said an update would be available 3/9, which is not for quite a while.
Has anyone else experienced this and is there a workaround to get the taxes e-filed before then? Is there any risk that the 'fix' will change my already submitted federal tax return?
