Can I e-file a 1040SR for a parent that is incapacitated by signing with the parent's driver's license info and PIN in TurboTax and then mail in a completed Form 2848 covered by a Form 8453? If not, what do I need to do to e-file in TurboTax? If I have to sign and mail the return along with Form 2848, where and how do I sign the return?
