Washington State does not collect gambling taxes. To remove the review message in TurboTax, leave all boxes 13-18 blank. Box 13 should say ''Select a State''. The rest of 13-18 should be empty. If you are still getting a message to review it after, it is probably the address that is causing the review message.
A W-2 G has to have:
- Payer name and full address, including a valid zip-code for the state of Washington
- Payer Federal Identification number
- An amount in Box 1
- A date in Box 2
All other fields can be blank.
