I have read similar posts, so I know I am not the only one having this problem...I purchased the download from Amazon (as I have done several previous years). It downloaded as a zip file. The directions said I needed to extract the files, so I did. Eventually, I got to the activation screen. It absolutely will not let me enter my activation code into the screen - it just stays blank. I tried re-installing. Same thing happened. I checked if my Windows updates were current- they are. I have read some posts where people are advising to do different things to try to solve the problem. It doesn't appear any of these are working for them. Here's my question: It seems many are having this issue. Usually it is a very easy process to download and activate Turbo Tax. How are you standing behind your product to ensure we can utilize what we paid for? I don't intend to be rude (hope it isn't taken that way)- but this is frustrating! Some of the suggestions offered are way above my skill level with computers. I just expect the product to work as intended. Any help is appreciated.
