I was told by phone by two agents, one in Missouri, and another in Cleveland, yesterday that a replacement for my mail-damaged Turbo Tax CD was in the mail. The agents gave me a refund and case numbers(by phone) :
[phone number removed] (Missouri) for refund , and then [phone number removed] (Cleveland) for confirmation of mailing the new Tax CD. However, the Turbo Tax email that the second agent emailed (Anthonly P. in Cleveland) with case # [phone number removed] makes no sense. The confirmation link says something really strange and here's a copy

I have no idea if I have been frauded or if I will actually receive another CD for which I paid. Can you help?
