Thanks for your response. I checked Form 1040 for 2022:
Child Tax Credit shown on Line 19: $3,000 (three children; should be 2k for the US citizen child and 1 k total--500 for each-- for the other kids who have SSNs without any limitations).
Additional Child Tax Credit shown on Line 28: blank
The tax return total is $1,392, which is less than even the total child credit/additional child credits.
I think the TurboTax website does not calculate the refund correctly.
