Have you looked to see if your Child Tax Credit shows on Form 1040? If you're using TurboTax Online, go to to Tax Tools > Tools in the left-side menu, then click on 'View Tax Summary' from the pop-up menu.

Then back at the left-side menu, click on 'Preview my 1040'.

Child Tax Credit shows on Line 19, and Additional Child Tax Credit show on Line 28. There can only be $2,000 total between the two.
