Try eFiling the Federal by itself. I efiled the 1065 Federal by itself without the State and the federal went through fine but my NYS eFile for 1065 for the business fails. It looks like NY eFile is not going to be available until 3/3/24 based on the form availability table link I added below. Maybe someone from Turbo Tax can verify if that is the case. Originally Turbo Tax folks said eFile for NY business forms would be ready by 2/24/23 but that looks like it has changed. Again, maybe Turbo Tax can verify is this is correct.
