From USAA support:
Mint is not using the latest API(Application Programming Interface), so connection is unreliable.
this is referring to a conduit through which two systems can communicate to collect USAA data
USAA cannot resolve an issue from our end with how mint gathers USAA data.
Mint will need to update their application to include the changes made to usaa.com to resume collecting the your data.
Members can contact Intuit (www.intuit.com) to request more information as to when connectivity to their data will be restored.
I am going to suggest to you that you either call or go under your own profile to talk with banking. Make sure that all of your accounts are in active status as currently it is only the credit card accounts that are affected.
