Each time you enter interest income, you need to select if it is for you, your spouse or both of you, you will see that question below the form 1099-INT entry.  If you are no longer in the interest income entry section, you need to return to it. It is in the Wages and Income section, then Interest and Dividends, then Interest on form 1099-INT. Just go in that section and enter any additional form 1099-INT's you have not entered yet.
