I finished with Income and am now in Deductions and TT has, so far, not given me an option to enter Income data for my spouse. TT did present the total income for both of us prior to Deductions but of course that page only reflects my income. So, understandably, I'm concerned that your answer is not going to work.
When is the option to enter spouse's data presented?
Please be specific and not high level.
