Oh goodness, now I'm all kinds of confused. I have no clue what that form is, all I got was a W2. I was just trying to file my federal taxes first on here & as I was entering the amount on box 18, 19 & 20 (from my w2) on turbotax it wouldn't accept it exactly as it is with the same locality names...I guess I'm going to try and find someone locally that I can talk with because none of this makes sense & I've never had any issues filing my taxes before.
