The IRS did not reject your return because form 1095-B was not included. You actually don't need to report form 1095-B on your return. 

Make sure that no one on your return received  form 1095-A

Also, it could be that you answered Yes to the question If you receive 1095-a.

Revisit that section to make sure you answered the question correctly:

  1. Log in to your account. 
  2. Go to Federal Taxes.
  3. Go to Deductions and Credit.
  4. Scroll down to Medical and click show more.
  5. Go to Affordable Care Act (Form 1095-A).
  6. Select No I didn't receive form 1095-A
