Both numbers in Box 18 are the same (my gross income) Box 19 has 2 different numbers (Local tax Income) and then box 20 has the same Louisville/Jeffe (locality name). I have no idea what the taxes are for and I no longer work at this company so I'm not even sure who to ask. It wouldn't accept it when i entered everything exactly as is on my W2 so i was going to just enter the box 18, add up the total of box 19, and then box 20 but I wasn't sure if this was the correct thing to do.
