In TurboTax CD\Download please navigate to the following:
- Select Help in the upper left hand corner of TurboTax (you should see File Edit View Tools Online Help).
- Select Switch product. You should see the product(s) you have.
- You should also see Activate new product.
- If you have H&B, select it and see if it loads. You may also have to restart your computer.
- If you don't see H&B, select Activate new product.
