I completed Federal and CA state taxes and started to efile both with the desktop Turbotax Deluxe version. The state efile fee is $10 and I want to pay by credit card. The Intuit sign on window pops up but allow me to enter any credentials. I've been efiling with Turbotax for years and have always paid the efiling fees with my credit card. I'm stuck. I restarted the software and rebooted my computer. Still stuck
