@PatriciaV Yes, I am trying to file a Texas Franchise Report which I suppose I could file directly with the comptroller but I paid an additional $53.48 to file it with the Turbotax software I downloaded. Will I be able to receive a refund?
And to clarify, is filing a franchise report with the comptroller the same as filing a state return for an LLC in Texas?
